"By far one of the nicest, cleanest and prettiest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. The only we needed addressed was having our coffee pods replenished. It’s a must stay place."

"The outside doors won’t let you in- all the key pads don’t work…as in only the front door lets you into the motel. The beds are hard, the pillows are fluffy, but drown you when you lay on them. AC struggles to keep up and the room never hit 73. The pool was great. Plenty of parking in the back and on the sides, but you’re gonna have to hoof it to the front door to get in. Elevator is slow. I won’t be back, even though it met my cleanliness requirements."

"The room was super humid despite setting the AC on 68, very uncomfortable. The TV worked poorly though staff put in a good effort to try to make it work properly. Staff was a consistent positive but the humid room was grim. I've encountered this in other hotel/motels as well. WTH? Location was nothing special, but was surprisingly quiet given close proximity to a major highway. Breakfast was typical of this type of lodging...reasonably good. Good coffee! Cheerful staff!"

"We drove all the way from Norman OK and got there at 225 am it said to ring a bell there was no bell there! After finally getting some attention the clerk would not open the door she said we were overbooked! I am handicapped my girlfriend was sick and ended up having to stay in Monroe! The hotel is still charging me I was stuck in Dallas traffic or would have been there sooner they still refused to give me my Money back! If they were overbooked refund me my money! "We have stayed at this property many times over the last several years, this was not the best experience we have had. While the front staff was friendly and kind, there were several issues. First we woke up with no hot water and needed to be moved. The new room we were moved too was poorly renovated. There was paint on the floor in the bathroom, the kitchen table was wobbly, the bedroom doors could not be shut all the way or you would get stuck in them as they were so tight, the TV in the second...
