Fairmont Copley Plaza, Boston
This is a lovely hotel. Comfortable rooms and well designed as is the entire hotel. The staff however, sets it apart; courteous, available and attentive. I will repeat my visits as often as I am in Boston.

Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport
Disappointing stay overall. The room was not properly cleaned on arrival, with visible hair and residue in multiple areas, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. While I appreciate the refund of one night, the issue significantly impacted my stay and required escalation to resolve.
