"The Fairmont Gold level is the best I’ve ever experienced. From the way on line booking to the upgrade section, it was seamless. At check in, Kevin, got my room ready even though I was 6 hours early. Later that day, Kadija was accommodating to my request without any hesitation."

"Very close to the train station. It’s just a short walk through a park. We felt safe walking through the park even when it was dark out. It was easy to navigate getting where we wanted to go using public transportation.
The hotel held our bags when we arrived (before check in and after check out) so that we could go do things.
The breakfast was good. They also serve light snacks in the afternoon."

"Great location and nice view from the room overlooking the park. However, the property is mismanaged. 4 days with most basic issues every day. Nice staff but they need training."
