"For a budget hotel this was perfect. I really don’t understand the negative comments. We had the 2 bed villa with pool access. Only 1 of these available, the other villas are on other floors. Great value and only an 8 minute walk to the beach front"

"La salle de bain n’était pas vraiment propre, le miroir était crade, il y avait une odeur qui venait des canalisations. Petit déjeuner honnête, à payer en supplément. Très bon rapport qualité /prix !"

"Property has changed names, however signage has not been updated on main road, even locals didnt know it. Rooms are old and dirty, one of our showers was so blocked up we all used the shower from 1 room. Towels were very old and tattered and no towels were available for the pool."

"You get what you're paying for. The staff is nice, but there are cockroaches and the shower was disgusting. Super loud being right by the road. 15 minute walk to the beach was the only nice thing"

"My second time staying at Andaz Bali, forth time for Andaz including Singapore. I find the service quality consistent across the different places, a unique experience I have not found with other hotels I stayed. Compared to our first stay at Andaz Bali, my breakfast experience was greatly improved. There was so little waiting time for my orders unlike the first time when it took quite a while waiting time. Good improvement. Will definitely stay again here."
