"The hotel it's beautiful but the staff from reception let it down, the gentleman make us feel more like arriving to a precint asking us for the identification and credit card. No giving us a warm welcome. Then, he gave us the last room (disabled room i might add). But the staff from the restaurant at breakfast, they were so helpful. I hope the hotel give more training to the staff at front of the house"

They show the hotel just as it was first finished not as it currently is. They claim to have a Mona Lisa high class restaurant, this is not open. The property is very dated, like 1970s dated, our room reeked of smoke and loud music was blaring outside somewhere until at least midnight on a Tuesday night. The food from room service was gross tasting. There are porn channels on the tv….. This is a stop n flop motel, NOT a hotel. "
