"I reserved a room through expedia but when i went to check im was told i didnt have a reservation and was charged cash and told expedia would refund my reservarion fees didnt happen i payed twice for a dirty room not a pleasen stay at all"

It says on the website that they are pet friendly but when we arrived the lobby had multiple signs saying 'no pets'. Although confusing, we were allowed to have our 2 dogs in the room for a fee of $20 per pet per night. Location is so what convenient, everything reachable by car in a short time."

"We chose to stay here because it had such a high rating on Expedia, but we were disappointed. The air conditioner in our room was quite noisy, as was the refrigerator. We were also disappointed that there was no network TV available."

"I accidentally booked the wrong date. Immediately called to see if I could change date. Manager refused and did not offer refund. I get that is your policy but it was an honest mistake and the manager was rude and not helpful at all. Very unethical. Will not stay again."

"For the price you get a clean room with a/c, mini fridge, microwave, tv of course, iron & ironing board, hair dryer and NO coffee maker. I noticed they had big fans in the hallways. Not sure they have a/c in hallways. All rooms are reached from inside. They do have an elevator! I was a little concerned that one of the outer doors, accessible by keycard, was left cracked open."

"Pros: Front desk guy was super nice! Room was clean. Gym was in working order. Cons: Jacuzzi was half drained and the water that was in there was extremely dirty. They said that they were doing repairs on it. It was so gross though that we didn’t even want to use the attached pool which was also not the cleanest. Lots of sketchy / homeless people in the area. There was even a homeless lady going in and out of the gate where the pool was because people were just holding it open for her. I...
