"Don’t use this hotel if you want a quick trip to the terminals in the mornings. They don’t have direct transfers and the bus stops at 6 other hotels and take 30mins. We were not told this when we called to ask we were just told yes we have transfer bus!!!!"

"Good choice for a stay near Heathrow airport. We especially appreciated the air conditioning, as temperatures were high, and the sound-proofing, which allowed us to get a good nights rest before flying out. The room was smallish and the bathroom very small, but still perfectly adequate. Food in the restaurant was good, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. You should be aware that on-site parking is available, but the lot is owned/managed by a third party and you do have to pay."

"They were not there to let us in! Stood out in the sun for 15 minutes while someone drove back to let me in. This was around 2:50pm. Check in is from 2pm. Curtains were moldy, bathroom sink tap falling off. The room door had a very simple lock & didn't feel very secure. There were clean dishes on the dresser but no food offered (to my knowledge?). Cleaning staff was very friendly, others not so much."

"If you are alone and need a place to crash close to the airport that is cheap this was fine. If there are two of you in the compact room it’s not big enough. One person has to be in the bathroom while the other has a small luggage open to get clothes out. Room and bathroom was clean. Room can get very cold if you want it to, have your own temperature remote. You pay what you get. Bed was small but for one person it’s fine, I don’t recommend for two. "Abhishek, the Manager gave us a five star service. He was EXTREMELY HELPFUL in everything. Will definitely recommend to stay in this centrally located hotel. Thanks Abhishek for all your help. It is very much appreciated. It was a pleasant stay indeed. However the carpet needs to be changed. It was pretty much worn out. The bathroom was clean and the 2nd floor room is highly recommended."

"We stayed here on transit from Heathrow with a day free, and this was a good option in terms of being in Hayes&Harlington allowing access to London and surrounding areas. The place is a slightly rundown converted street house, but the room was spacious and its reasonable value for money for the location. "Sadly would not come back. My allocated room already had someone in it when I tried to get in. Give the staff their dues, they moved me to another room straight away. I was told free parking on site, we received a parking ticket for the time we were there. Still waiting an explanation "
