"The view of the tower is a bit of a con…you have to hang your head out of the window and stretch out to see it. Wouldn’t pay for that again. "

"For the suite we had and what we paid very very disappointing, suite was ice cold and very noisy , when I complained I was told it wasn’t noisy , this was over £1000 per night and the service was appalling . I’d never ever stay there again and advise people to avoid "

"The staff is wonderful, smiling and welcoming. The interior design is unique. All items are vintage and a souvenir of old movies. There is even the bike of ET flying back to the sky. Every items posted on the wall is a journey back!! Location perfect in the 16th district. I strongly recommend it"

"The room didn’t have proper heating so the hotel staff switched the room. But that room heating also didn’t work properly so I ended up having a portable heater in my room. The lady at the concierge who usually works in the evening, was a bit of rude not easy to talk to. The locationwise is ok however they are not many restaurants or markets in the neighborhood so it requires a bit of a travel. Hotel room is very small. There is no closet space only the hangers that is attached to the wall."

"We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. Hotel is about 20 min walk to Eiffel Tower. Restaurant in hotel was always empty as it’s a little pricey and doesn’t offer variety. Only negative comment is about staff. On last day before we left had them call a taxi truck to accommodate 9 people and said it would arrive in 15 minutes to bring us to airport. After 45 min taxi still wasn’t there so we decided to walk and go to hotel next door where we saw a taxi truck available and hotel staff from our hotel...

"We were allocated a room on the ground floor .. directly facing the main road. It was noisy even though the glazing was good. The room was clean and the bathroom was v spacious. It was in a good location!"
