Can’t beat the garden view!

We really enjoyed our stay. We just came to Boulder for dancing and it’s nice to have a hotel. This place is a little worn but it’s still a good hotel. Can’t beat the Gardenview.

On the Creek path

Great Breakfast and each room has a deck. Make sure you ask for one that overlooks the creek. Bottled water and croissants with mango juice on the breakfast bar.

I liked the view from the balcony, the quietness of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff and the location of the hotel. I did not like the general shabbiness of the place, the lack of protein and breakfast food the second time I was there (a Sunday night), unlike the Thursday night the week before where that Friday, there was much to eat at breakfast.

There were a few areas that could use some attention, as one would expect for a property of this age. But it was generally quite nice. Since it was extremely cold during my stay, I didn't spend any time exploring the property, but it's in a real nice location.

This hotel is in disrepair. Very run down and needs a major renovation. The pictures are misleading - this hotel is not a place I would ever stay at again which is a shame because it is a great location right next to the University of Colorado Boulder.
