"Initially, check-in was frustrating because you have to use a kiosk. But there was a staffer to help me through it. Finding the right elevator was a challenge. But another staffer help me through that. Other than that, it was pretty good."

"This place was really ugly from the outside and then I arrived after 6:00 p.m. tired and then had to find another property to actually get a key. Inside it was fine but outside it was pretty ghetto also this is not far from downtown Las Vegas which is rundown and a little ugly so definitely not if you're sophisticated and you need to be a little accommodating to that side of town to like it I probably will not return."
