"Fantastic hotel ideal location near the ferry terminal. Large well appointed room and very relaxing after a 12 hour drive. Will definitely book again if the opportunity presents itself."

"The hotel offers spacious, comfortable rooms, and the heated bathroom floors were a wonderful touch that made the stay feel extra luxurious. On the downside, the location wasn't very convenient, as it was far from most attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. "This seems to be a hotel/motel which aged, was probably sold and has recently been mostly renovated. As a result, one sees a smudge or scuff on the wallpaper, scratches in the TV console/dresser, but the bathroom and flooring look brand new. What's most odd is the carpet in lobby/breakfast area. Presumably, it's new because it's covered in plastic, but it seems like that plastic is going to stay until it rips off from use as they clean it. "Breakfast surpassed anything I have had before. Waited on, by the pool with history lessons from the host. Lovely quiet location. Bedding incredibly soft. Shuttle service very timely."

"The marina room view was half and half so wasn’t what I expected but I was still able to see the marina. Room temperature was too warm even though it was set to 15. We came in late and I was travelling with children so didn’t have the energy to mention it at midnight and we only stayed for one night. I would stay again based on this stay."

"I had paid in advance (card on file) for a room for my son after a weekend visit. I was told directly by customer service at arrival that if *he did not provide a cc for incidentals then he would not be given the room. He does not have a cc, hence mine was used at booking. "The room was clean and the restaurant in the hotel was very nice! Be aware that this hotel has two locations. The airport shuttle was convenient, but the driver asked if I was looking for their signature location or the airport location. My reservation says sandman signature Vancouver airport. "The buffet breakfast was solid & as good as they usually are. They had bacon one day, which I rarely see. The room was clean and bathroom was as well."
