"The hotel is dated for sure. Black mold in the shower. The airport shuttle is a hot mess. A Hampton Inns van showed up with an Abercorn Hotel decal on the side so I hopped in and the driver went to the Hampton Inn and shut it down. Another couple and myself were confused by this and the almost rude driver pulled out a sheet of paper with the hours it serves Abercorn. We were outside of those hours but had no clue because the hours were tucked away in a seat pocket. Take the sticker of the unit if not used. The shuttle to the airport the next day wasn't much better."

"The room was lovely; had a fresh new carpet smell. I hope they stay on top of things in the bathroom as a couple of areas had spots of mildew. They seemed short on staff in the breakfast room. As a result, the food items weren’t all available at one time (no eggs on the first pass and no potatoes on the second pass). Also short on staff at reception. Staff we encountered were friendly though. The shuttle was reliable and a valued amenity."
