"We booked a standard king room. When we checked in the air conditioning wasn’t working. Called the front desk and asked for it to be repaired or to switch rooms. They switched us rooms no problem. When we got to the new room we were given a room with two queen sized beds. We called and asked about the room type switch and the clerk said the room was an upgrade and that she has told me about the room type change at the front desk. I know that she didn’t as I would have told her we need a king bed. I also told her fine we have to get up at 3am to catch our flight we will stay but how about a discount for the room for the inconvenience. She again told us that the new room was an upgrade from the old room. I’m not sure how that works because on Expedia it’s about $30 more for the standard king over the standard two queen. Long story short we were overcharged for a cheaper room type and lied to by the front desk clerk about the conversation we had in the lobby. I won’t be staying there again."

"The property was convenient to the airport and to entertainment while we were there overnight. Their airport shuttle was convenient & timely and driver courteous. The room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast area was spacious and well stocked. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. "
