"There is a hidden cost when you check-out. When I booked on Expedia, this property says parking available. I checked the photo of the parking stalls: lot of lots and it locates in Richmond BC. However, when I check-in and was charged by $27/2 nights. slow season and still lot of empty stalls. It will be better to claim that parking is exclusive and will charge $13/per night; Moreover, there is nothing of the personal items at the restroom except the Body lotion and hand wash which were mounted on the wall. I have to frequently to get Q-tips, teeth paste/tooth brush, until I cannot find my hair comb in my car and I ask the front desk. They are helpful. No any bottle water, no slippers, of course no Pajama. all the room offer is kept at the basic minimum. "

"Location great, hotel very clean. Water temperature lukewarm even on the highest setting, so no hot showers and the heating system loud; their system could use an upgrade. Would stay there for short stays again."

"Stayed four nights at Versante and the staff kindly provided us the room for our unexpected early check-in. Hotel car service for airport pick up is great. Nice bathroom amenities and comfortable bed but we should have requested a couple lo-loft pillows. I am an extremely light sleeper and even though our room faces the quieter side of the hotel, the soundproofing of this hotel proved inadequate for my needs for both inside and outside noises. "

"Stayed in a King Suite with an ocean view at Ocean Promenade Hotel and overall had a really nice experience. The room was beautiful, super clean, and had a small kitchen stocked with most of the essentials, which was a great bonus. The balcony was a nice feature, though it could use a better clean and the patio furniture felt a bit dated. The bed was a little too firm for my personal preference, but still comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. You can hear the train passing by, which is definitely loud, but oddly enough it added a bit of a romantic, seaside vibe. The lobby was under construction during our stay, and check-in was slower than expected, which wasn’t ideal. That said, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. One downside is that onsite parking felt overpriced. Overall, a great stay with a few minor areas for improvement, but the location and room quality really stand out."
