"First off didn't know we will be in a house with owner and family:( amenities didn't include TV or laundry with extra cost that was unexpected. Lots of noise which the lack of TV didn't help. Not a restful hotel stay as expected and we certainly could have paid less at a hotel with more amenities. The room was sufficient with bed and thank God it wasn't shared! The ad wasn't clear and we didn't know what to expect until it was too late."

"The location is excellent. Close to airport, restaurants especially Jap food and others. No elevators so if you travel heavy, lots of lifting to get to your room. Badly maintained like broken sliding doors, bolt chain, broken phone, etc. The only other good thing about the place is the large size rooms and 3 beds which is good for family."

"Location is great… but updating is needed for the room and bathrooms… curtain was smelly… beddings and pillows can be replaced with a new stock.. after so many years of use."

If the management could be better at customer relations and be more sensitive to religious diversity by removing religious symbols, especially at the reception area, they would do well. That said, the location of a good restaurant nearby was really nice and encouraging. 3 ⭐!"

"The staff were helpful & friendly. The hotel was clean & we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. They were doing renovations when we were there so some of the visual apects were affected but it wasn't loud or inconvenient. Good overall experience, I would recommend."

"Very run down. Hallways smell like urine. Small bugs all over “kitchenette” area. I will say I slept better than I have in ages so that was good."

"I don't know that Expedia has air BNB room. I don't know it is not hotel. It's a home, so it is not private and sound proof. When I arrived in the evening, I cannot see the home address clearly, the light is dimmed. But the owner is very nice and helpful. Also the share bathroom. I like it so far. Thank you for the owner hospitality. "
