"Enjoyed an absolutely wonderful 4 nights here. The hosts were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them.
Everywhere was clean and tidy, and the room itself was amazing.
The hotel is perfectly situated on West Cliff, near to a bus stop and also close to the West Cliff lift should you not feel like walking up from the beach!
There's also a handy Nisa local just round the corner, and a pub with good food (The Hop Inn).
Highly recommended A++++"

"Sad to say this place was just nothing like the pictures advertised when I booked.
I’ll start with the good, it was relatively clean-ish and the staff were very nice and friendly. The location is very good.
Unfortunately that’s where it ends.
Clearly there hasn’t been any work done for MANY, MANY years.
The first thing that struck me was the room SMELL. Just Wow. I alikened it to a urine infested care home, stale dog and chemicals, you really can’t get used to it, it’s quick shocking and...

"It was a great place to stay, the staffs are very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained, towels were changed if needed. Flat TV was working.
Room was quiet, fan was provided.
Breakfast was not great, full english was the only option, however lots of place to go nearby to eat. Parking was payable, but safe. The beach was very close, in walking distance. Definitely it was a great choice to stay!"

On the downside there were wedding events two nights in a row so there was late night getting to sleep, on the upside both wedding parties sounded fantastic, the guests were having a good time and we were on our honeymoon ☺️"

"I has problem was TV room wasn't work & staff come to fix was helpful.
We did have breakfast was not too bad should more vegeration like cracker, biscusit , sausages. Porridge was ok would be done more cook smooth & balance. Clean room was ok , I notice has not clean the table & bed sheet was not tidy. Big room was nice , really suit to people who have wheelchair access to disabled . It would be nice if all rooms should have fridge ."
