"A short 15 minute walk from Bournemouth railway station in what appeared to be a quiet location. Bournemouth town centre is also a short walk. The room was clean and I was able to get two good nights sleep in a comfortable bed. Check in was good, quick and efficient. I did not have breakfast nor did I go to the bar so I can't pass comment. If I stay over in Bournemouth again this hotel is certainly one that I would revisit."

"I really liked how the hotel was presented, it was a pleasure to see lovely gardens and such a stylish interior. Every room was really like a room from an interior designers catalogue so thoughtfully decorated we had the extra bonus of seeing it decorated for Christmas. The lounge was really nice with complimentary hot drinks and cookies. Wonderful hotel not far from the town and beach."

"Great room, good and clean. Great decor and would certainly visit again. (Too good to say a "stay" as host so personable and friendly). Self check in as such, but only because of our travel time varied, would have been met by owners. Great hosts, giving good local advice and hints and tips, could not do enough to help us a new to the area. Bed very comfortable and certainly a warm room. We felt really at home here. "Yes all general amenities were good. the metal structure in the shower fell off, The heating packed up on our 2nd day, and the kettle steamed for a long time with a possibility of burns, the fridge did not get cold enough. "

"First of all, the staff were so lovely - the gentleman that greeted me was so friendly and helpful, he really brought a smile to my face. He was also the person that bid me farewell as I left and was just as pleasant then, leaving me with a really great impression. The room was small, but very clean and totally perfect for a solo traveller like me. I entered through the carpark/street side of the hotel and was totally oblivious to the view out the front of the hotel until the next morning - what...
