"Liked the breakfast banquette in the room and built in fridge (no freezer compartment). Microwave was only in the lobby. No breakfast provided but food in vending machines. An unusual room but comfortable. Extra points for charging capability on both sides of the bed. No closet, rather short bars to hang things from but not enough clearance for a dress or overcoat. Clean, comfortable, modern, good value. Quiet despite proximity to highway and shopping. Would stay there again."

"We chose this place because it had a hot tub and restaurant. After driving over 10 hours we wanted to be able to relax in hot tub and get a good rest. When booking, I informed them I needed a pet friendly room as I was bringing my emotional support dog, they said if I bring his card we wouldn’t have to pay for his nightly fee, but checking in they informed me that without an Alberta doctors note they would charge. It’s not about the money, BUT they were the ones that said they would not charge...

"There was hair in the bathroom when I arrived. The sink faucet leaked unless in a specific position not only shut off but turned to the side. The bath faucet started leaking, too, after my last shower. The sheets had a stain and a couple small tears. The room air was dusty. The replacement bathmat towel was unraveling. The bed is extremely old and had a spring that dug into me if I made the mistake of sleeping on that side of the bed. The blackout curtains were dirty and had holes, and the...
