"The staff is incredibly friendly and the area is nice and clean. However, our first morning, housekeeping woke us up at 8 in the morning and tried to come in to clean the room at that time. After that, we decided to leave the do not disturb sign on our door at all times. Despite this, a different staff member came a different morning, and came into the room saying that we had said we had issues with the TV. At no point did we have issues with the tv nor did we express this. I felt like I had to...

The breakfast staff was accommodating, but the hotel staff was checked out, not really engaged in what they were doing, rather indifferent. The hotel lacks clarity on how their amenities are accessed, ex. Wifi, having room made up, getting fresh towels etc. "

"Overall a good stay except for the breakfast, just an hour after breakfast time started the bacon ran out and they didn't anymore replenished so we had to just eat scrambled eggs as main food besides the usual cereal, pastries/bread."

"My family and I stayed from Saturday - Monday. We requested extra towels and a crib for our baby, but neither were in the room upon arrival. We called down for both and they brought the towels right away, but the staff didn’t know if they even had cribs to offer. On their website, it says they offer cribs.
