"Beautiful, newly renovated property. The room was very spacious and clean. The pool and gym area seemed brand new, both in great condition. We also loved how walkable to old town shops and restaurants this hotel was. Just a few min walk to the nearest shops!"

I went through and wiped the counters, door handles and toilet seat it was disgusting, like they haven't cleaned up after the previous person. The bed was very comfortable, so I'll give them that and the location is great, but I will not be coming back here."

Had room changed and the AC is only minimally improved. Sleep quality severely impacted and would not stay here again. No complimentary water provided even though I am a Hyatt member. Overall not getting the quality expected from the rates charged for my 4-night stay."

"We arrived late on a Friday night for a 3 night stay. The front office staff member was super helpful and polite. As we entered the room we were very impressed with the amenities. The room comes with a full sized fridge, a microwave, dishwasher, and a wide array of utensils. We were a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the room though. There was a dirty shirt and socks left in the room. Also the carpets in our room (165) really need to be cleaned. As for the positives, the breakfast was fantastic. My daughter really enjoyed the chicken and waffles. The eggs and coffee were also really good. Lastly, housekeeping is supposed to come to your room every other day during your stay. During our 3 night stay we didn’t have any visits from housekeeping and we certainly could have used one. All in all for the price, this isnt a bad hotel for an extended stay, but dont have too high of expectations or you will be disappointed. "
