"I chose this hotel because it included breakfast, but when we got there so many things were wrong. 1. The lobby was closed so we had to go to the property next door to check in. 2 the bathroom had dirty towels hanging up, the sink already had hair in it. 3. The toilet seat had major wear and slid when we sat, and the toilet made a loud sound while it refilled, as if it were struggling.
