"I like the breakfast, but after the power went out for four or five hours, I had put my towels out the door and because of the power outage the Mark would not lock the doors personally Took my towels out and put them on the floor outside of my door in the doorway one of the staff from the Front reservation desk took them. I think they were six or so. For two days, I did not receive any clean line nor was the best made That’s my story and I’m sticking to it"

"Easy highway access. Nice staff. Nothing outstsnding, but the room was clean and th bed was comfortable. The oncluded breakfast has the choice of toast, cereal or pancakes... no fruit. Overall, reasonable for the price, but a little effort on breakfast would sway me to stay again when in town on business."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean, the spa was filled in with cement. The hotel while clean upfront was a little dusty in the corners. The shower stall was in need of a good scrub, it had buildup. I would stay here again. And for the money I was satisfied with everything but the shower."

"Very basic and comfortable place to rest. This motel is on a very busy and loud(SUVs and motorcycles) corner at the gateway to the American River Rec. area. It is a very short stroll to Auburn historic downtown with pubs and excellent restaurants. It was Uber clean with a great shower. Somewhat worn but, again, location was excellent and wonderful helpful staff. Would definitely stay again."

The location is wonderful as a rest stop, is next to an In-n-Out, and very close to the American River and wonderful natural hiking spots in Auburn! "The room was just ok. The bed was. On that great and the pillows were awful. Staff was wonderful. The location was great for driving to grab a bite or do some shopping. The place itself is old and could reallly use some updating. The elevator to the building next to main building, is at the other end of the building. So if you are upstairs you must walk to the other side, take the elevator up and then walk back to your room. Breakfast was wonderful."
