"Our room was clean. My criteria is clean and well made beds with sheets that stay in place. The staff was helpful and friendly. We let them know of an issue with the TV remote and by the time we got back to our room it was fixed. The building was older and had a few issues but this did not impact our stay."

"This is a clean, well-appointed place to stay in a convenient location 20 minutes from the airport. Breakfast every morning. I wish they would have given me some complimentary water in my room. The water dispensers in the lobby were not always there.
Comfortable bed and pillows. Comfortable temperature control. Thin floors/walls: I could hear, literally, booming footsteps above me (I was on the 2nd floor) until 10:30 pm. Must've been kids up way too late.
But all in all, I'd stay there again...

"The lobby has been renovated, but the rooms are still look the same when I went there 13 years ago. It feels like 90s renovation, and I can feel the carpet isn't as clean as other hotels I went to. The bed and mattress are nice and feel new. I like the access to the pool directly from the hotel room via the extra door to the courtyard.
The Staff is friendly and helped me to receive all the Amazon online shopping prior to my arrival."
