"Only condition I did not rate this a five star stay was the nights sleep. There was a clunking sound which we thought was from a pump somewhere. On a morning investigation we found that there was an actuator under our caboose which activating red signal lights outside. Mentioned to desk clerk that the actuator should be put on a timer so it shuts off at night they mentioned that they would pass this complaint to the owner"

"We loved our stay at Country Living Inn. The decor was lovely. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. They have a ground level entrance for those using a wheelchair or who otherwise cannot manage the step up to the quaint porch. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. I appreciate the environmentally friendly shampoo/body wash dispensers in the bathroom. We enjoyed coffee and hot chocolate in the morning. Their location was great and there was plenty of parking. "This is an ideal property for a peaceful get away! Absolutely gorgeous!! My husband and I loved it! Owners were wonderful! Eli and Barbra were fantastic and so so sweet! Incredibly insightful and helpful with recommendations and quickly responding to any needs that needed to be met (which weren’t any, but made sure to always ask if there was)! Property was absolutely stunning! Will definitely be coming back! "

"The hotel itself is very nice. However the location of the hotel is not ideal. This hotel is located next to a freight train track. If you are a light sleeper I would not recommend this hotel at ALL. All night long, the train passes every couple hours. Every time it passes, you will hear the horn at least 10 times. The hotel offered one pair of ear plugs, thankfully my husband had his noise canceling earbuds. Our room was located on the highest floor and that did not make a difference."
