"The rooms are good ,well designed and decent size. Staff are friendly but we smelled cigar smell in the reception from staff. AC sound is loud in the night and can hear noise from the other rooms."

I was charged for the room twice (over and above the already charged payment from Expedia) and also a $100 security deposit. I brought it up the next day and it was immediately corrected. I called the hotel to let them know and seek some compensation and was denied, which they claimed that I had gotten them from bringing out my luggage at gas stations. "Breakfast buffet was nice. Lots of choices and the employee in charge was constantly checking to refill any items. The free shuttle was also nice. We got a ride to Paddy's Irish bar."

"We weren’t there long enough to use any amenities so I can’t really speak to that but it was a nice room and bathroom. No complaints at all. If breakfast was supposed to be part of the fee it was not obvious when it was served."
