"The stay, for me, was just ok. The room was clean but where I think they missed the mark was in the little things. "We only stayed one night after we flew back from the Bahamas to BWI airport. We used the hotels free shuttle services. Very convenient. The room was very nice. The only thing was they advertised having a restaurant but they did not. They did have some breakfast food to microwave and some pastries. Although there is a restaurant across from the hotel that was very good."

"You have to pay for breakfast but the selection was good. Pay to park. Rooms need some love. Wallpaper is coming off the walls. The only ice machine is on 7th floor. Rooms had some odors. Room clean. Bathroom sink slow draining. Hilton Hotels usually have a higher standard. This one not so much. Staff was great!

"Hyatt hotel stay was perfect! The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was decent. The only mishap was that they were doing a little renovation in the lobby and the pool wasn’t open, but other than that everything was great. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very quiet. Even with the renovations going on, we didn’t hear any noise at all unless you went downstairs to the lobby. Great place to stay, the area is very quiet, and food places are only about a 5-minute drive away."
