"Great amenties, close to everything. Second time have stayed and ended up in the same 3 bedroom apartment. In 2024 we stayed at another apartment right on the front at Broadbeach, that place was great for the fireworks on new years but nothing else. The room at the Bel Air was much better and had way more space, plenty of seating, great kitchen. We have teenage children and it was great for them to head to the shops and movies. We will be back again in 2026. "
