"The front desk people for check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. Lots checked in at once and the guy was calm and nice. The place was clean in every area and no complaint but our air conditioner had an issue. Not a big deal for us, but they were great in asking if we had any issues and will llook into it. Breakfast room nice and clean and nice variety of options. Very nice shower. Outside property nice and clean and kept up. Will definitely stay again."

"Clean rooms, full hot delicious breakfast bar included, soap in assigned room was empty upon arrival. I reported to front desk and they replaced soap. Housekeeping replenished towels daily."

"Good location near shopping and restaurants common areas are well maintained and the free laundry was really nice. The room was poorly maintained, couch was terribly dirty and smelled, mattress was falling apart. Room reeked of room deodorizer when we first arrived, after that began to wear off, every day around 3pm, the room was flooded with fumes through a grill in the ceiling, and we were on the third floor."

"The bedside light was missing the lightbulb. There were some stains on the curtain separating the bathroom area and the sleeping area. It didn’t feel super family oriented which was what we would have preferred, but the stay was okay. Also, the room was pretty muggy on arrival and took a while to cool down."

"Because the CWS was in town, our room rate was twice the normal rate. Supply vs demand, I guess but irritating. They have only one elevator when there should be two. The room was fully functional but no extra appeal. My breakfast was okay, but my wife was not pleased."

"Did ask about credit card use, just charged card on file. No pool towels. Same breakfast everyday, change up main selections offer scrambled eggs and bacon. Our daughter got a room and one plug was melted, no one should have been in that room until plug repaired. Ice machine only worked on one floor. Staff didn't listen to complaints. Bed not comfy."
