"It was nice"

"Ice machine on our floor was out of order, then found 2 other similar ice machines on other floors there were also not working. Had to go to the lobby each time for ice. No available drinking water or fountain in the lobby and had to ask for the breakfast room to be opened so we could use the sink to get water there. No housekeeping services for our 2-night stay and had to ask for clean towels. Front office staff nice and genuinely cared though bringing us clean towels himself."

"I arrived after midnight for a late check in and when I got up to my room the AC wasn't working. The front desk staff said there was nothing they could do and could not issue a refund. He also stated there was no emergency maintenance and no replacement rooms he could give me and they were fully booked on a Tuesday. He took down my number and said he'd have a manager call me. I ended up having to go to another hotel but I have not been contacted or refunded for a place I did not stay."

"The property was o.k. The HVAC in the room was incredibly noisy. We could not sleep so we turned it off. The room then became very hot and stuffy. The bed was fine. The blankets and sheets were serviceable but should have already been replaced. There was no extra pillow or blanket. Accommodation was minimal. I would have expected more for the price of the room."

"We had a king bed with a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa was broken and once we were able to get it out the mattress was stained with what looked like blood. Super super nasty. They don't do room service unless you are there for longer than 2 nights so we did not have clean towels the second morning. We had to go find towels and they only gave us 3 to start with. Towel quality was pretty sad as well. Thin very used towels."

"Trash was all over the floor in the hallway, walked into the room to see bugs all over the place and the room looked like it was never cleaned from the guest before. Walked back to the front desk and checked out. The employee was not at all surprised when I mentioned the bugs. Spent about 5 minutes there."

"Our stay was comfortable, but I wanted to mention a cleanliness issue. Before checking out, I noticed a large yellow circular stain on the blanket near the foot of the bed. I understand mistakes can happen, but bedding should always be thoroughly inspected and clean before guests arrive."

"Clean, very comfortable. No ice machines on the floor, but the staff had bags of ice for guests in the lobby fridge. We were there participating in the Ironman race and the staff was very helpful with food to go for a very early race start."

"Place was clean but had a strange odor."

"If you’re a normal human being, don’t go there! I’m not saying if you’re a clean person, just normal! The whole inside of the building is stinking with thick cigarette smell and in the units everywhere is dirty. There were some visible dust, debris and dead roaches on the floor and it seems their cleaning standards is set at their Indian workers’ standards. Horrible!!!!"

"Would have liked hot water for my shower! It did get up to lukewarm. I am sure that helps conserve water. The pool was delightful. The air conditioning in the room was good, not so much in the lobby. This was obviously once a very nice hotel. It is currently maintained to adequate standards and was priced accordingly. So it worked well enough for us."

"ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!"

"We got as far as check in and immediately asked for a refund and checked out. The lobby was very run down and filthy. All of the furniture and rugs in lobby had stains. Our rooms had broken drywall, stains and liquid on the table, small black hairs on our bedding with a couple stains on the sheets. The room and hallways had a very musty odor. The only positive was the front staff didn’t question our refund and immediately honored our request"

"The staff did not clean our room and second day at all (wednesday) So, we were disappointed that they forgot us on the 6th floor, We have stayed at this hotel before and this has never happened previously."
