"Loved the location being so central and steps away from the promenade (waterfront). Lots of shops and restaurants. The hosts were always good at promptly replying to any questions we had. Just a reminder that most places don’t have elevators so just be prepared to climb stairs with luggage."

"The room was nice, modern and clean. Seems like the hotel has been renovated lately. Upgrade to have a room with balcony facing the ocean is definitely worth it. There is a small beach right at the hotels ground floor and you can take beach chairs from the hotel. Lady at the reception is really nice! "Little tricky to find at first, as it's IN the palace and the door isn't especially obvious until you see it. Once you're there it's a fantastic spot, couldn't be closer to the center of everything in that area and the hosts are wonderful."

"we arrived by taxi that could barely get to location, parking lot (dirt) above thru narrow street. couldn't find location. called host, took almost an hour to finally meet, then location wasn't in jesla which was disappointing because location was described differently. further, no AC. further we expressed issues and tried to find reasonable solution but they wouldn't work with us. we didn't receive any reimbursement, we had to leave and find another place.
