Homestay di Bracknell Forest

"I had incorrectly booked the wrong dates foe my stay at this property which was a non refunderable booking with no option to alter or cancel. I contacted Hotels.com whpbafter speaking with the owners arranged my booking to be moved to the actual dates i required free of charge. The owners were under no obligation to do this but still allowed it without chargine me. I am very greatful for this as it was my error in the first place. "Everything was as I'd hoped for. Great location, lots of space, lovely bedrooms. The only fault I have was it advertised an iron and board. There wasn't an iron but there were three boards! "
