"The room was clean but a little sparse, and badly organised. The TV is on the dresser, for example. But overall the bed was comfy, the shower had good water pressure and the staff were lovely. Best English Breakfast I've had in a long long time. Worth going back just for that. "

"Room was small but clean. As the weather was very hot they had put a small fan tower in the room which was extremely noisy but did cool the room down. Paid £13 each for breakfast and you had quite a good choice. Tea/coffee, several fresh juices, hot food cooked for you which was excellent. Nice bar area to relax. The price for our stay was extremely good value and we would definitely stay again."

The restaurant next to the lodging was amazing, staff were so nice and helpful and the food was delicious. I will definitely be coming back."

"The Cottage is a perfect choice if you want clean, quiet, and private accommodations that are walking distance to the Sudbury shops, to the meadows, and to public transportation. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and utensils and has a peaceful view of the garden and the meadows beyond. "Bar was OK However there was no heating in my room Bed was great Shower was Terrible!! I’m a plumber. I couldn’t get the shower to work, only a dribble The only requirements I have when working away are a reasonable bed and a reasonable shower, is that to much to ask for?"

"The property seems to be in need of some renovation. The staff were very nice and enjoyed a laugh and joke. Breakfast was good. But at 7-30am way too early. The locals that were in there were more than happy to talk to us. Parking very difficult. Overall a better stay than we expected."
