"We loved our room with the windows overlooking the ocean. It was the perfect place to sit and relax. It was a large room so plenty of space to spread out. We loved the alcove with the coffee station, microwave and refrigerator. I know it’s difficult with the ocean weather and individual pane windows, but it would have been nice to have those a little cleaner so you could see out better"

"A great stop along Highway 1. It was comfortable, clean and near the ocean. I was surprised at how quiet it was from the road on Highway 1. The walls were a little thin and some chatty old couple could be heard fairly clearly next door (I almost chimed into the conversation at one point). Not a dealbreaker but something to expect if it's a busy motel."

"The view is amazing, the fireplace in the room was cozy. I absolutely love everything about the hotel except the bed. It was not comfortable. If you like a really firm mattress, then you will probably love it, but it could definitely be updated or at least add a thick pillow top. The room smelled a little stale so maybe a little bit of a room freshener would be nice as well. I absolutely would recommend the ocean view room to sit outside and enjoy the view. Even at night, it’s dark over the ocean, but the moon was bright and it was just relaxing to sit out there listening to the waves."
