"A very nice and well-mannered young man (who told me he was from Miami) at the front desk greeted me when I checked in. Good manners like this go a long way toward making your otherwise below-average property more inviting.
When I went into my room, the toilet was not flushed and the shampoo holder in the shower was broken and lying in pieces. That is an inexcusably uninviting and unprofessional look. I suggest you hire maintenance people that either understand how to flush toilets, or forbid...

"Bathtub was stain really bad, elevator not working properly, air conditioning was too loud and make it hard to sleep. Some area need to be updated. Looks good on the website but place is very old.
Shuttle service say available until 10:00 pm but was told it ends at 9:30 pm when we called. Ended up have to take a Uber on our own expenses, not cool."
