"Check in and check out were no problems. Followed the instructions that were sent to email on the day of registration. Location - the center is 10 minutes walk away, paid parking is 3 minutes away 20 pounds per day, free on Sunday. Communication - I used email, the answer was immediate. Of the minuses, do not forget to make a deposit (it is clear why)."

"Very nice overall. The property is clean, tidy, nicely designed and in a good location. One thing to bear in mind is the building is quite tall and narrow, with fairly steep stairs, which my elderly parents had a bit of trouble with. From what I recall, there wasn't an indication when booking of which floor we would be on. I think this would be helpful. We might have picked a different room. Other than that, a very nice stay."

"This property is immaculate with great facilities, the pristine kitchen area with free breakfast items is a really nice touch. The staff are very obliging and kept the breakfast items topped up. There is parking at the front and the property is on a bus route, with a stop just 200 yards away for easy access to the city centre. Overall a great choice and wouldnt hesitate to stay again."

"This is self check in place and I didn’t know that as on my email about check in details it was answered with guess house names. So had really big problem finding place then arrived with no code for key safe box. Place overall was mess full of cabin crew yungsters partying, fair enough they were helpful as they contacted landlord so I got a room key. I received email with check in details next day…"

"We came at night and left early for the airport so we didn’t encounter any services but that’s okay, the keys were super easy to find. The room was clean and super cozy! The bathroom was really clean especially the sink and the shower! Really great stay would definitely recommend. "
