"The hotel was clean and comfortable. Lovely rooms with all the comforts you could require. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is wonderful. Breakfast was good, a variety of fruits, cereals, continental breakfast staples and cooked English breakfast offered as well. Would recommend and stay again."

"Close to the railway station. Super close to the beach. Front desk had great staff. The seventh floor overlooks the water. Partial view but ok. For full views of the water the grand Brighton it is. Rooms are clean and everything is brand new. Comfortable bed, nice towels. Room size is in the description. Eat at the wetherspoon. Great food and great prices and super close. So this is a great hotel and great value for money. "

"We often stay here when we go to Brighton. You have your own little kitchen, the staff are always super friendly, breakfast is included (lots of choice at breakfast as well) and there breakfast area is available for you to work at with tea/coffee throughout the day. It's close to the station and to town. Our go to!"

"Bexs rooms are a great find we had rooms 1and 2 we were not disappointed. Easy to find, parking by the rooms. rooms were clean,tidy, had everything that we wanted.beds were great we slept like a baby!! Outside area with table and chairs was a nice touch. This will definitely be our go to place when we are back in Ferring seeing family ....thanks for a great stay "
