"There is nothing more they could do to make this stay more enjoyable. the elevator was out one night when we returned due to a storm, they had it up and running late that night.I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The staff were lovely. Even helped us arrange transportation to our concert venue. The rooms are clean and basic. This hotel is quite tired but we had no issues with clean sheets and hot water. It was good for 1 night."

"Very relaxing stay by the the water of Seneca Lake. The facility was kind of quaint which added to it's charm. Nice base to use to explore this area of the Finger Lakes."

"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing overall. The one highlight was the beautiful walking path behind the hotel along Seneca Lake, which provided great views and was the best part of the property. Beyond that, there were several issues. The elevators were extremely slow, and on multiple occasions we chose to take the stairs. Upon check-in, the safe in our room was not functioning. We reported the issue and requested a replacement, but despite being told it would be addressed, no replacement...

"We enjoyed our short stay. The continental breakfast was excellent. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious."

"Check in was impersonal and done by texts, never meet in keepers or their manager. We did meet the cook at breakfast. Overall, a nice stay."

"The hotel is not in an ideal area for families. Our room had a smoke smell even though the hotel is non-smoking. The room did not look as though it was thoroughly cleaned. There were unhoused people outside at night. Would not recommend for a family trip like we had. We booked 2 rooms in the same order and were initially given rooms in 2 different floors. We had to ask for rooms closer to each other. We were told there may not be many rooms left but the parking lot was empty. Looks like a hotel...

"There was a couple of people directly above our room that decided to have a fight in their room just before midnight. We were both waken by this disturbance. It settled down quickly, so we figured someone called it in. Not sure if we will stay here again."

"I was traveling cross country and booked the location a day in advance, but circumstances dictated that I couldn’t stay the assigned night. I called just to let them know, and the front desk person suggested that they could roll the non-refundable reservation over to the next night. He didn’t have to do this but it was very much appreciated. Next day it didn’t make sense to stay given my timetable, so I never actually stayed at theplace."

"This is a very reasonable and affordable place to stay as a solo or family traveler. It's a small independent motel that feels like a throwback to the 80s or 90s with actual metal room keys and decor that feels like your Grandma's spare room. The pool is well maintained and clean; the room I stayed in was decently cleaned but the maid definitely needed to check under the bed after the last guests left. The deluxe king bed room itself was enormous for a family of three just spending one night....
