"I have stayed here before a concert at Concord Pavilion and it was fine. A lot of people stay for concert. This time there was no guide on the remote control. Anyways, I asked for help and they sent up maintenance guy who could do nothing? Basically, he said someone came in to program all the TVs and didn’t give them that function.
