We didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant on site but we did order drinks at the bar and enjoyed them on the patio which was lovely. The only negative thing I have to say is that the entire building has an odor that is very off putting. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel was built in 1997 by John Q Hammons, a SW MO business man and philanthropist who has since expired and the property is now owned by Atrium hospitality which cut staff, services and other amenities while raising prices and running the property into the ground. Signs of neglect and decay are clearly visible particularly in the swimming pool and in the rooms As is common with takeovers and buyouts, the new owners are more interested in short term pecuniary gain than long term viability."

"So I stayed at this hotel about 5 years ago when it was the RADISSON HOTEL and it was beautiful and clean. This time... not so much. You can tell that it has so much potential but definitely needs to be upgraded. There was no charging port for my phone near the bed. No microwave in the room. We were on the 7th floor and when we stepped off the elevator, the smell was not welcoming. Once in the room, it was better but still lacked "clean" or beautiful. "Our room was a two bedroom which was more like two separate apartments! Full kitchen in one and smaller kitchenette for second room! Two full bathrooms, living rooms in both, our view was breathtaking! The staff did an amazing job making us feel welcomed! The coffeemaker in our room was not working and they immediately brought us a new one! The pool area was so spacious and lovely! The air conditioner kept up with the very hot weather! Everything we needed to drive to was just minutes away!...
