"I had a wonderful stay here. There was a problem with the exterior shutter in my room. Maintenance staff were not able to solve it as a short term repair, and they immediately moved me to another room. The staff were wonderfully responsive and accommodated a subsequent move as well. Location was wonderful and could walk easily to Sacre Coeur. I would stay there again when visiting Paris."

"I have stayed here several times, and compared to other hotels in Paris, I think this hotel offers great value for money. Despite being reasonably priced, the facilities are well maintained and the hotel is very clean.
This time, perhaps because there was availability, they even upgraded my room for free. The staff were also very kind and helpful.
I will definitely stay here again in the future."

"If you are looking for rooms that are quiet, the garden rooms are better. Careful when booking. If it says Garden on the listing. Screenshot it. I regret not doing that because when I checked in they said they were all taken. I was very upset as I thought I paid for the Garden view but they put us in the courtyard view next to the elevator which was noisier. "La habitación es amplia y el personal del hotel es amable. Si viajan más de 2 les recomiendo rentar 2 habitaciones, ya que el sofá cama no es muy cómodo. La limpieza no es la mejor, no pudimos utilizar la cafetera por qué tenía agua de mucho tiempo y ya olía mal, además en el cambio de toallas limpias me dejaron una que olía a humedad. Si tu propósito es descansar no es la mejor opción ya que la zona es ruidosa."

"Once the room attendant left all the dirty towels and garbage bags from the whole level near my door and even didn ’t lock my door, it was opened when I came back in the evening. So it was opened the whole day! The staff told me “apologies” and also she said that the hotel director will write me a letter or even I will be given a compensation. I never heard from them since I left.
