"Convenient to airport, clean and great restaurant"

"The hotel is ok if you have to catch a flight early in the morning. The onsite restaurant only serves breakfast (which was decent) and for any other meals you have to go to another location. At check in we were given a room with three beds at the ground floor and were told by the lady at the reception that they only exist on the ground floor! "The exterior of the building gave us pause upon driving up, but the hotel room was very nice and spacious for our quick overnight before an early am flight. The hotel offered us a free pickup & dropoff to the airport a quick 6 min drive away. We also grabbed a late night dinner at the on-site restaurant and the food was good w big portions. "The hotel was easy to find by car, you drop off the end of the E 70 heading into Zagreb and its very visible. Good parking and friendly reception. Rooms clean, huge bed, and large shower but lacked a luggage stand. I believe we were in a bedroom for disabled which I had mistakenly booked. Despite the room facing traffic, the glazing kept out the noise. "The apartment was very clean and directions / instructions for check-in were easy to read nderstand. Was not able to watch any TV channels due to some issues with the TV. Also the shower head would not stay in place on its own so had to hold that with one hand while washing"

"This is the type of hotel where you save money to rest your head for a few hours. They have a note in the room that warns about occasional trains passing by next to the property, and they provide ear plugs for convenience. But there were no earplugs, and 3 trains passed in the first half hour, and continued all evening. We found one bed bug, searched for others and didn't find any more. "Friendly staff, beautiful rooms with comfortable beds and walking distance to the main town square and surrounding areas. "

"The property was great and we loved the amenities. The breakfast was phenomenal. But, the website says there is a free shuttle from the airport and when we arrived at the hotel we were told we had to pay. We asked at the front desk and were told that yes we had to pay and that the website is very out of date. We were also charged a tourist tax that wasnt much but again was an extra, unexpected charge."

"Wir brauchten die Unterkunft nur für eine Nacht und waren angenehm überrascht wie schön, neu und sauber das Hotel war. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Wir hätten gerne das Wellness benutzt waren aber zu kurz hier. Parkplätze gab es genug direkt am Hotel. Für uns ein wunderschönes Hotel für die Durchreise."

"Fantastic room! Only issue is no elevator. So lugging bags was a pain. Beds a bit firm but not terrible. If you’re walking to location it is up a steep hill from public transportation. Overall great experience"

They gave the spa in the basement and I tried to book a massage but waited too long and they were booked up. They had a 45 min special for 35 Euro for hotel guests."
