"Pleasant hotel with spa facilities about 20 minutes drive from Norwich. Having a good size pool with steam room, sauna and jacuzzi was really useful. Breakfast was excellent - usual buffet with the addition of cooked to order items such as avocado toast, eggs Benedict, etc. Lack of aircon in the bedrooms was a serious deficiency - not helped by the room being fairly small. "Room & bathroom were small but clean a well kept, very near road , unable to have windows open due to a warm evening. The room did have AC"

"The property was very dated, with a need of a deep clean and decor update. Carpets were stained and our particular room had a unpleasent smell. Overall the property has seen better days, I guess this is reflected in a lower than average room price for the area. Staff however were very friendly and although we did not eat a main meal, the portions looked generous and other guests appeared content. Suggest read the available reviews and make you own decision."

"We stayed for a short weekend in Norfolk, decided on this stunning hotel. Was welcomed nicely in by the reception desk staff, room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Woke up to a lovely breakfast buffet both mornings. The golf course was impressive to see, even though we don’t play it ourselves. "I booked a room but all night there were banging doors outside my room as the main corridor door was right next to my room. I was also near the hotel entrance where there was a lot of banging. So not a great night sleep!"

"Good location, parking was plentiful and appeared safe. Hotel room was clean as were the linens and towels however our room was above the bar and you could hear people chatting downstairs. The shower was small but functional, although the shower door was broken. Corridors to the rooms were tired and needed some tlc. "Excellent hotel! Excellent staff. I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable.
