"We had a quick stay after flying in before leaving town for vacation. It was very clean and the staff was kind and helpful."

"Only issue I had was my A/C was not working properly at 11:30pm. I called the front desk, maintenance arrived in 10 minutes, and I was placed in another room within 15 minutes. Customer service to the fullest!"

They offered to send a technician from 12 to 1 am it was late we were sleepy so refused and they offered a fan and accepted it they brought it up within about 30 minutes which was good but still not the same. "The Staff was extremely helpful. Hotel was very clean. Our room was very clean comfortable. Loved the soaking tub in the room, slippers, and robe. We liked that the Casino was small, NON-SMOKING. It was nice to be able to go to the" EATALY" inside the hotel. It offered many choices mainly Italian. The breakfast crepes were amazing! I would definitely stay here again. Only one issue was trying to get our request for some extra room amenities resolved. It took two days and still was missing two...
