"The room was clean but a bit dated. Staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. We did not part take in the breakfast as we felt it was a bit pricey and we had an early morning appointment to keep. The valet parking service was terrific."

"Micro room was good, very small but adequate & decorated with a modern flair. Was missing a remote & ice bucket which was furnished on request. Roof top bar & restaurant had a wonderful outdoor seating area. Staff wasvery friendly. Only downside is the 30$ @ day parki ng fee. Valets were great however."

"Great stay with comfortable bed, spacious and modern interior and decor. Nice city views, and convenient and walkable to restaurants, shops, in heart of downtown Pittsburgh. Would highly recommend above just an average hotel stay since it was in same price range."

The pool was small but nice for the kids to be able to swim, beds were comfortable but the room seemed like it could have been cleaned a little better before check in. It looked like they skipped vacuuming and cleaning in the corners of the main room and bathroom. The free breakfast was great, lots of options. The parking lot was also nice, easy to get in and out but a little pricy at $22 a night. "

"The only "amenity" is the bar, which rarely has many people. The staff tend to spend a fair amount of energy resenting working there. The rooms are fine, spacious with spacious bathrooms and decent linens. The location is fine for walking to places to eat. Dashers and drivers sometimes have trouble finding the entrance. "
