"It was a very nice and clean hotel. Definitely unique looking building surrounded by convention center complex. the staffs were absolutely helpful and kind. A clean modern room with a big balcony equipped well. Bed and pillows were comfortable. It’s a bit far from Bergamo city center but easy access by tram or walk. Also it has a big parking garage so all types of car will fit. Can’t expect anyone, it was a wonderful stay."

"This is a very tired, dirty hotel. Room was missing a shower door, filthy walls, worn and tired! Staff was incredibly nonchalant and cared not. Breakfast was average and staff inattentive. Cleared our own table."

"Delighted to finish my tour of Italy with a stay in this hotel and city. Hotel was clean and really comfy. Close to both old and new city and breakfast was abundant in choice including gluten free options highly recommend"

"Wonderful Hotel, All the staff are friendly and work really hard to give their guests a wonderful experience. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful served by two very hard working friendly ladies. One little niggle was that the tea bags etc were not replaced in the room however you can pick them up from the bar area and no milk in the room for tea or coffee however if you asked they do give you a small jug. Would we stay again YES 100% "
