"Unfortunately, this property did not live up to the standards and the costs! I was given an accessible room despite me not booking one. They couldn’t change it for me because in the other room, AC was not working, all for me to find out that you can’t set a temperature below 19 degrees in this hotel! I am not sure what people are supposed to do in hotter weather! Breakfast was really standard for such a big chain. Will not be staying again!"

"Lovely well appointed rooms, very clean and the bed was very comfortable! Shower head didn’t look like it would give a great shower but actually was quite powerful. The breakfast buffet was perfect- lots of choice all excellent quality and now im going to have to buy a waffle maker for home! Would definitely stay again, perfect location for the arena which was why we were In birmingham. Highly recommend"

"During a 12-day rail trip around England, this was one of eight stops along the way. I prioritized locations within short walks from a train station throughout the trip, and this property fit that plan. This was our first time staying at an easyHotel property and we REALLY liked it. Room was great value, and although we had to pay for luggage storage, the staff were very fair in the interpretation of the bag policy and didn't gouge us.
