"This was, without question, one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had, especially for a property that claims to be five-star. From the start, there was a complete lack of organization and accountability. I booked multiple rooms, and the staff couldn’t even keep basic details straight. To make matters worse, I was later charged a “late checkout fee” despite checking out on time, clearly the result of their internal confusion, not anything I did. What’s most frustrating is that no one bothered to notify me or verify anything before applying the charge. For a hotel at this level, this kind of sloppy handling of guest accounts is unacceptable. Customer service was equally underwhelming, slow to respond, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility for obvious mistakes. A five-star hotel should deliver precision, professionalism, and respect for its guests. This place failed on all three. I would not stay here again and would strongly caution others to double-check their bills, because clearly, they don’t."

"The rooms look just as it's pictured online. There's not adequate lighting in the bathroom. It took about 3-5 minutes for the shower temperature to change. "Great stay, room was very clean and nice. Only thing is breakfast means you eat a $24 prix fix menu of small bits and bobs (ie some cheeses, bagels, mixed meats, yogurt, and fruit.) there isn’t any hot options for the prepaid for breakfast. Other than that everything was excellent"
