"My room was a wonderful *cool* home while attending a conference nearby (in upper-90's weather!). I was gone from 9-9 each day, but it was so refreshing to start the day with a shower with great water pressure to invigorate me, and to nestle into a comfortable bed at night with the temperature regulated for comfort. "This is my fourth stay at the Grand Hotel. I appreciate it for so many things such as clean rooms, friendly staff, and great location. My only gripe is the rooms are so large, if you get a room at the end of the hall, expect a bit longer walk to get to the lobby. This will not deter me from staying there in the future !!!"

I left my new box fan near the door of my room and didn't receive my deposit back because of it. Stayed 8 nights."

"Upon arrival we waited 10 minutes before a desk clerk showed up. Upon departure another desk clerk had her mouth full of food constantly. The mattress was so old that just placing your hand on it it would squeak loudly, so imagine what it sounded like laying on it. Just crazy."
