"The hotel itself is really clean, has great amenities, lovely views and good access to town. The room was tidy, comfortable and quiet. The only reason we rated this lower was that the staff seemed a little clueless, rude and not really willing to help. On arrival we were directed to the wrong wing of the hotel for our room, so we had to trek 3 suitcases around for a while until we found the room ourselves because the check in desk was too busy and there was nobody around to help arrivals.
