"Polite staff, good service and knowledgeable of the area. Property could do with some general attention, as it looks tired. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was also very good, with a good selection. Would definitely recommend to others"

"Lovely property, very spacious double bedroom with jacuzzi bath. The bath filters needed cleaning as left some residue in the bath when turned on and the blind on the door was broken, but it was shut so that wasn’t terrible and neither detracted from our stay. Loved the room. Very clean and spacious. No smart tv so couldn’t watch Netflix or Disney. The only thing that lets the place down is the breakfast. My husband didn’t like his salmon and scrambled eggs on toast- said the toast wasn’t great...

"Stayed one night - very accomodating owner - room was quite small but adequate for or purposes - bed comfortable - quiet - dinner and breakfast were really good and flexible times - great location - near Glastonbury and a 20 min drive to beautiful historic Wells - also handy to East Somerset Heritage Railway"

"A great quirky pub with basic but clean accommodation. Debbie was a wonderful hostess and Neville a fantastic cook. We ate in the carriage of a train which was absolutely fantastic. The food was superb. Stayed for 2 nights as we were visiting Cheddar Gorge. The locals made us feel really welcome and it was a real friendly atmosphere. Would certainly recommend the Inn for a stay."
